Can I switch plans mid-subscription?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings → Billing. Changes are prorated on your next invoice.
Do I pay per mailbox or per user?
Per mailbox. One person can have multiple addresses via aliases (included on all plans) without paying for additional mailboxes.
What if I need to register a domain?
We can register a .com for you during signup for $19.95/year (same price at renewal — no surprise increase). Optional WHOIS privacy add-on is $7/year. Or use a domain you already own from any registrar.
